Aktien Portfolio Tracker AI shows what the portfolios of well-known investors and US Congress members actually look like — not a guess, but built from public disclosure filings: 13F forms that large fund managers must file with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and disclosures Congress members must file under the STOCK Act. Warren Buffett, Nancy Pelosi and Bill Ackman are free to view. Michael Burry and a combined view of the most-traded stocks in Congress ("Congress Top 10") are Premium content.

New filings appear in a feed, each with a short AI summary: what was bought or sold, how large the position is, and how it fits the portfolio so far. This summary is clearly labelled as information — a description of public data, not a buy or sell recommendation and not investment advice.

The "what if" simulator calculates how a virtual investment would have performed if it had followed a given portfolio from a chosen date — a backward calculation from historical prices, not a forecast. The free tier shows three portfolios; the Premium subscription at €4.99 a month unlocks every portfolio, plus push alerts for new filings, more detailed AI summaries and an unlimited watchlist.

Is this investment advice?

No. Aktien Portfolio Tracker AI shows only publicly available information from disclosure filings (13F forms filed with the SEC, disclosures under the STOCK Act) and adds a short AI summary. This is an analysis of public data, not an individual investment recommendation and not advice under financial-advice licensing rules such as MiFID in Austria and Germany. Anyone investing does so on their own responsibility.

How current is the data?

13F forms are filed quarterly by fund managers, with a lag of up to 45 days after quarter end. Disclosures by US Congress members under the STOCK Act must happen faster, typically within 30 to 45 days of the trade. The app shows the actual filing and trade date for every entry — this is not real-time data.

Which portfolios are included?

Warren Buffett, Nancy Pelosi and Bill Ackman are free to view. Michael Burry and the combined "Congress Top 10" view are Premium content.

What does the simulator do?

The "what if" simulator calculates how a virtual investment would have performed if it had followed a given portfolio from a chosen date. This is a backward calculation based on historical data, not a forecast of future prices.
